Who we are

TCGHits is operated by Hivecore Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 15863097), 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom — the data controller for the personal data described here. Reach us any time at support@tcghits.io.

What we collect and why

Email address — only if you create an account. Used to sign you in (magic link / code) and, only if you opt in, to send wishlist price alerts. Nothing else.
Session cookie — keeps you signed in. Essential, first-party, no tracking.
Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. This sets Google cookies; see Google's privacy policy. We see aggregate usage, not your identity.
Payments — Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us; we store only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
Push tokens — if you enable notifications in our Android app, we store the device token needed to deliver them. Disable notifications and it is removed on the next failed delivery.
Wishlist and collection data — the cards you track, stored against your account so the features work.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone.
We don't send marketing email. Wishlist alerts are opt-in and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe.
We don't store card payment details — ever.

Market data

The prices on this site come from publicly visible eBay listings and completed sales. Seller usernames appearing in that public data are displayed only where eBay itself displays them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and everything attached to it deleted. Email support@tcghits.io from your account address and we'll action it within 30 days. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Raw market observations older than 90 days are deleted on a rolling basis; aggregated price history is retained.
